Getting them into a book is another job. First you need everyone’s pictures. Then there’s the sorting, the uploads and all those empty pages. It’s a lot to ask of whoever said, “I’ll make the book.”

Photos in. Book ready.

Here’s how it will work.

  1. Get everyone’s photos.

    Put the QR code on a table or drop the link in the group chat. Guests add photos in their browser. We’ll make room for their words too.

  2. Show them live.

    Put the live wall on a laptop or big screen. New photos appear as guests add them.

  3. Open your book draft.

    We’ll arrange the photos and words into a book. Review the pages, make changes and choose whether to print.

As guests upload, their photos appear on the wall. You might catch a table you haven’t visited yet, or a dance-floor photo worth asking about.

We’ll prepare the draft from everyone’s contributions. You’ll be able to change the pages and invite someone to help, including the person who remembers what happened in that photo.

What will be free?

Collecting photos, the shared gallery and the live photo wall will be free. The normal storage period is one year from upload, with an email to the host at least 14 days before routine expiry deletion. We’ll publish storage limits and collection windows before launch.

Do I have to buy a book?

No. You can use the free parts without ever ordering a book.

Who can see the photos?

Anyone with a working link or QR code can view and add photos, without an app or account. That includes people it’s forwarded to. Turn sharing off to stop guest access. Turn it back on and the same link and QR code will work again, including any you’ve already printed.

Can I download all the collected photos?

Yes. We’ll make the full collection available to download, whether or not you order a book.

Can I try it yet?

Not yet. Public access and book ordering are coming soon. Leave your email and we’ll let you know when in.photo is ready.
